The Talent Development team delivers high quality business skills programmes and development support to equip our people with the skills they need to do their best work and maximise their potential.
The team consists of the Head of Talent Development, Senior Manager, Manager, Adviser (this role) and Assistant in London, with a Manager and Assistant in Hong Kong.
The Talent Development team is part of the wider People function which is responsible for the attraction, engagement, development, progression and retention of our people.
Working as part of a highly collaborative, ambitious and energetic Talent Development team, this is a stimulating role with responsibility for a variety of learning, development and talent management related activities and makes a key contribution to the delivery of an impactful and highly regarded curriculum.
This role focuses on the business skills curriculum at the early careers stage (trainees, solicitor apprentices, paralegals and junior associates), with involvement on programmes aimed at other levels as required.
